Who can use Xenical?
Xenical is a very serious weight loss supplement and therefore,
is only available for those that have a Body Mass Index (BMI)
of 30 or over. While this does make it an unsuitable supplement
for those who have a BMI that is lower than 30, it does make it
a nice alternative if you are overweight but can’t take
other supplements because they have dangerous side effects that
are more common when conditions such as hypertension (high blood
pressure) or diabetes are present. You can calculate your BMI
by dividing your weight in kilograms by your height in meters
squared.
How to take Xenical?
Xenical is taken 3 times a day, during or after mealtimes, as
long as it is taken within 1 hour after eating. If you don’t
eat a meal or enjoy a low-fat meal, the pill does not need to
be taken. The ingredients in Xenical are known to be a major contributor
to the breakdown of certain vitamins and amino acids so you are
advised to also take a multi-vitamin while using the drug, at
least 2 hours before or after taking Xenical.

focusing on the gastrointestinal system. These symptoms include:

Although these are the most common symptoms, there are others
